- Be honest with yourself. Just how skilled are you? It’s better to get a board created just for you rather than one like a pro rides…unless you’re that pro.
- Understand you’re not a pro (unless you are). This means you’re not getting a custom board on the cheap. BUT if you are a pro and like my work, let’s talk.
- Experiment first. Try out a bunch of different boards, so you KNOW what you really want and need before you buy a custom board from me.
- Know your limits. Unless you are a pro or in good physical shape year-round, understand that a custom board should be make for your normal size and fitness level.
